General terms and conditions:
| All German language courses are aimed at participants of over 30 years of age. |
| Fill out the application form and send it by postal mail, by email or by fax. |
| Please wait for our course confirmation. Contact us again in case you do not hear back from us in due course of time. |
| Once you have received our confirmation, transfer the total amount of course fees to either our Japanese or German bank account. Proof of full payment is required within 14 days of our confirmation for the course registration to take effect. |
| In case of cancellation in writing prior to four weeks of course commencement participants will be refunded € 150. In case of late cancellation or absence, a refund will not be granted. |
| In case a course is cancelled by the organiser, all paid course fees will be refunded. This precludes any other claims. |
| Participants agree to actively take part in the course events. |
The language institute will fully respect its contractual obligations. In case a legitimate claim arises participants are entitled to a proportionate abatement of course fees. The organiser is not liable in case of force majeure, such as acts of nature, strikes, etc.
